No, you don’t need a paid account to use Accelerate UI. A free Figma account is all you need. However, if you want to use the Design System as a library within Figma, you'll need to enable the Team Library feature, which is available on paid Figma plans.
Absolutely, you can use Accelerate UI in as many commercial projects as you like. That includes client work and charging for it.
You may not use Accelerate UI to create other UI kits, themes, or templates, regardless of the platform.
